• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records).

Content you generate belongs to you. All articles, strategies, and content produced by the Service are your intellectual property and will be exported to you upon request before deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and access controls. We are working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
